Your document will be translated within 5 – 7 business days as standard or 2 – 3 business days if you need it urgently.

Urgent turnaround times*: 2 – 3 business days, $99.00
*Urgent turnaround times are not available for all languages. LanguageLoop will notify you immediately if we cannot deliver urgently and can issue a refund if you have paid and urgent delivery is not possible.
Translations are provided on government-approved, standard templates and are certified with the translator’s NAATI stamp. Translations are in extract form which means that only the relevant personal information that is needed by official organisations is extracted from your document and inserted into the translation template.
Not all languages are tested by NAATI. If the language of your document does not have NAATI certification, we will provide you with a government-accepted letter to verify the accuracy of the translation.
Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time does not include delays caused by weather, public holidays or any other delay outside of our control.
